The purpose of this site is to maintain a Killiphile Journal of keeping and observing these fish for myself and my students. As this is still to take place at some time in the future I will start posting articles about these fish.

I emailed Tyrone Genade, a local expert on these fish, and he has generously provided a huge amount of further information. As yet I have not kept or reared these amazing and mostly very beautiful fish.

The purpose of this site is to keep a Journal of keeping this for myself and actually my students. I am a lecturer and one of the projects my students will have to do is to keep a journal of their experience of keeping one species of this fish. I will grade their individual journals. As this is still to take place some time in the future I will start posting what I have learnt in blog articles as my own Journal.

The background photo was taken from http://www.flickr.com/photos/swordw/ and used under creative commons licensing.Rich Knighthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08574618164978258532noreply@blogger.com0
